+ Learn the rules. Make sure that you understand how a particular rule works.
+ Find songs that have got printed lyrics (words). Even native speakers often mishear the words of some songs. So having the lyrics available is really vital when listening in a second language.
+ Read something with lots of pictures.
+ Make friends from English speaking countries.
+ Write whenever you want; bring a nice little notebook wherever you go.

5.The episode I chose was: "The Ecology of Superheroes".
In this video they tell us that there are superheroes and villains on the planet, superheroes are trees of different sizes and the villain is carbon dioxide, they seek to combat all this for a better environment since the food chain is affected when the trees are poisoned. In a certain country there is a group of people who seek to rebuild forests or places affected by pollution.

5. In the ORORO website I saw a video called “How to meditate” from Chanel “How to Adult”,
In this video they speak about the benefits of metidation on people’s mental and physical health.
They also mention that studies have shown that people meditate improve their concentration and prevent diseases.
In addition, they teach the basic steps for meditation.

7. The story I chose was: “The breating Method” by Stephen King.
8. I need to improve my pronunciation. In the NaturalReader website emphasis is placed on the pronunciation of the words

- Listen to songs and identify familiar words.
- Learn two or three English words every day.
- Practice my pronunciation using the tools provided by the blog.
- Perform dictations with the tools offered to me by the blog.
- Try to keep a steady pace in my learning process.
3. in English grammar I have a hard time with the progressive conditional.
4. i watched a video about countries, nationalities and languages. my listening skills were so-so and my pronunciation was better.
5. I don't usually watch TV series. According to the activity I watched an episode that talked about volcanoes:
volcanoes are distributed all over the earth and are constantly monitored, they also explain how they can function and the benefits they offer to the atmosphere.
6. I listened to an audio and according to this audio I had to answer a quiz. Although I did not do badly, I feel that I still have a lot of room for improvement because I answered the quiz by deducing what the audio said, and not because I understood it completely.
7. honestly, the voices of the stories did not let me fully enjoy the reading. I listened to the first part of the story "Confessions of a Shinagawa Monkey" written by Haruki Murakami and narrated by Rebecca Curtis.
8. It is a very useful tool that helped me with my pronunciation in the last class.

- Grammar rules learning by myself
- Write a journal of my daily life experiences
- Imitate a native speaker
- Read a book with only letters (without pictures)
- Practice the listening and remember the lyrics
3 the irregular verbs is the most difficult part for me because I don’t remember the vocabulary in this form
4 I saw a video about cambembert French cheese and I like very much this kind of videos. My ability to listening and pronunciation could be better.
5 the video what I select is de show TEDx talks and the topic of the video is lets change work for good after the pandemic world all kinds of works changes and the psycholofical factor is an important topic to be discussed for the mental health.

Listening:

1) I did the activity whit the song "The lazy song" by Bruno Mars in Proncipiate level. This game is very hard for me but I like it. I like to listen Salsa, Rap, Boleros, Tango and something song of pop.

3) I could to learn more verb in present form and past form. And cotidiam vocabulary.
4) I whatched the video " Learn English whit Disney / Monsters University". I think than listening skill to could better and the pronuntiation skill too.
5) I whatched the video "What is COP26?". This video is about the report conference of the parties on the climate, when it spoke about collective action to mitigeit climate change. But this action can't to be small action, it should been to big action betwen countries, industries and peoples.

7) I read the historie "The masqued of the red Death" by Edgar Allan Poe.
